Anti-aging fruit

Yes, you didn’t get fooled by your eyes, this is the truth. These food make you more beautiful and help to stay young. How does that happen? The free oxygen radicals from cells is the main role that leads to kinds of skin problems. The mission of these anti-aging foods is to fight against the free radicals. They have the abilities of antioxidants, which can help to moisture, lighten the skin, and improve pigmentation.

Let’s see what they are on earth!

  1. Blueberry

Blueberry is recognized as the best fruit to resist aging skin. Different from the other food, it works from inside the cells of the skin. Now, blueberry is becoming a high-end but equivalently cheap fruit in the market. Why not try it?

  1. Mulberry

Mulberry contains anthocyanin that is the key element of anti-aging. Anthicyanin could also be found inside the blueberry. Our lips or tongue would become black after we eating both two fruit because of anthocyanin. We can say: “Basically, the darker the fruit, the more anthocyanins”.

 

  1. Cherry

It means a lot for the skin because it contains kinds of nutrition as below:

  1. Pomegranate

The main reason why pomegranate has an anti-aging effect is its’ tartaric acid can integrate the cell environment and gnaw away at the free oxygen radicals. Meanwhile, the other component like phenols and vitamin C also works for anti-aging.

  1. Lemon

Lemon contains rich organic acids such as citric acid, malic acid, etc., which can be neutralized with alkaline substances on the skin surface to prevent the pigmentation, clean the skin, and make the skin more flexible.

  1. Kiwi fruit
